Entrepreneur and real estate developer Ran Belinkis is one of the founders and original owners of the urban supermarket chain AM:PM, which was sold to Dor Alon Ltd. in 2007. Even while he was busy running AM:PM, Ran also played an active role in Tel Aviv real estate development. After selling the chain, Ran decided to make commercial, business, and residential real estate his primary focus. Under his leadership, the Exit Group, which Ran co-owns, has developed widespread real estate operations, including dozens of income-producing commercial properties leased to AAA tenants in prime Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, and Herzliya locations, as well as an office and commercial building on Kibbutz Galuyot Road in Tel Aviv.
Ran has been involved in a variety of real estate projects in Tel Aviv – including Jaffa, Neve Tzedek, the city center, and the coastline – for more than 20 years. To date, he has initiated and established hundreds of city apartments and commercial areas in a broad variety of exclusive boutique projects, including historic preservation buildings. The creative initiative and meticulous planning that defined the AM:PM chain continue to define Ran's approach to real estate. In retail, just as in residential construction, the guiding principle is to create the perfect experience – stylish, innovative, and enjoyable.
Alongside its extensive real estate activity, the Exit Group also serves as the exclusive representative of Hisense, the major appliance and electronics manufacturer, in Israel, certain European countries, and South America. If he ever has a moment to spare, Ran uses his free time to pursue his true love – sports, especially swimming and running.
